Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a food processor or blender, pulse the stuffing mix into fine crumbs, then transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, eggs, seasoned salt, seasoning blend, and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly with your hands, then press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until the center is no longer pink, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 160°F (72°C) when inserted into the center. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
