½ cup Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup hot pepper sauce

6 bone-in pork chops
Cooking Instructions
Combine the Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, applesauce, hot sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the cooking grate.
Take the pork chops out of the marinade and pour the marinade into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium heat and let it simmer for about 1 minute. Place the chops on the preheated grill and cook until they are nicely browned and no longer pink in the center, about 6 minutes per side. Occasionally baste the chops with the marinade while grilling. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer. Let the marinade completely coat the chops as it cooks.
