Spread frozen Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet with raised edges. Scatter chunks of apple and onion evenly across the pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Gently toss to coat the vegetables and fruit.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and aromatic. Once done, sprinkle with lemon zest and squeeze the juice from the lemon over the dish before serving.
