BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwiches Delight

Ingredients Needed

2 teaspoons celery salt

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt
-
1 teaspoon onion salt
-
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
3 pounds beef brisket
-
1 cup Russian dressing
-
1 cup hickory-flavored barbeque sauce

8 kaiser rolls, split
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine celery salt, pepper, regular salt, garlic salt, and onion salt. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Rub the spice mixture all over the beef brisket.

Place the brisket in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low heat for about 8 hours, until the beef is tender and shreds easily with a fork.

Transfer the beef to a cutting board and shred it using two forks.

Pour 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan. Stir in Russian dressing and barbecue sauce, then bring to a boil.

Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker. Add the barbecue sauce mixture, cover, and cook on Low for an additional hour to let the flavors meld together.

Serve the beef mixture on soft rolls.
