Instructions
Start by preheating your grill to a medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the chicken with cold water, remove the giblets and neck, then pat dry. Position the whole chicken over the beer can, with the legs at the bottom, keeping it upright. Sprinkle a teaspoon of the seasoning mix inside the chicken's cavity. Expect the beer to foam when the seasoning falls in. Coat the chicken's exterior with the remaining seasoning mix.

Once done, remove the chicken from the grill and discard the beer can. Cover the chicken with a double layer of aluminum foil and let it rest in a warm spot for 10 minutes before slicing.
