1 pinch salt

⅔ cup quick oats

1 tablespoon crushed flax seed
-
1 tablespoon brown sugar
-
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
½ cup milk (Optional)
-
¼ cup fresh blueberries, or more to taste
Instructions
-
In a saucepan, combine water and salt and bring to a boil. Add oats, cooking and stirring for about 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to soften. Finally, stir in milk and fresh blueberries.
