Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole Delight
Ingredients Needed

½ cup uncooked white rice

10 ounces broccoli florets

10 ounces cauliflower florets

½ cup butter

1 onion, chopped

1 pound processed cheese food, cubed

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

5 ⅜ fluid ounces milk

1 ½ cups crushed buttery round crackers
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice, stir, then lower the heat. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Drain the rice and set it aside.
Cook the broccoli and cauliflower florets in water for about 10 minutes, or until they are still crisp. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions. Add the cauliflower, broccoli, and rice to the pan. Once everything is coated, stir in the cheese, chicken soup, and milk. Pour the entire mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with crushed crackers.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
