Brown Sugar Glazed Grilled Pork Chops

½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed

½ cup apple juice

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon ground ginger

salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons cornstarch

½ cup water

6 boneless pork chops
Instructions
Preheat your grill to high heat.
In a small saucepan, mix brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. In a separate bowl, combine water and cornstarch, then whisk into the sugar mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Lightly oil the grill grates before placing the pork chops on the grill. Cook over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once. Brush with sauce just before taking the chops off the grill. Serve with the remaining sauce.
