Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Calzone

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
Place the chicken in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a bowl and shred using two forks.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the shredded chicken and Buffalo wing sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until the chicken is heated through and well coated in the sauce.
Turn the pizza dough out onto a well-floured surface and roll it into a 12-inch circle. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese, then top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Fold the dough in half and press the edges together to seal the calzone. Carefully transfer it to the prepared pan and brush the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
Bake the calzone in the preheated oven for 17 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
