Buffalo Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients Needed

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt and ground black pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the edges begin to crisp. Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and hot sauce over low heat, stirring until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
