Start by collecting all ingredients. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel. Lightly spray the fillets with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning and brown sugar until well blended, then transfer the mixture to a plate.
