Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, green and red bell peppers, and carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
