Chicken and Sausage with Bowtie Pasta

1 (16 ounce) package uncooked farfalle pasta

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 pound hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1 (14.5 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

½ cup red wine

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender yet firm to the bite; drain well.
Rinse the chicken breasts and cut them into large bite-sized pieces. Slice the sausages into thick chunks. In a large, deep skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic over medium-low heat until the oil is infused with flavor. Remove the garlic from the oil once done.
Add the chicken and sausage to the skillet and cook until they are lightly browned and no longer pink. Stir in the tomatoes and wine, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Season the sauce with basil, rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Add the cooked, drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve hot.
