Chicken Pasta Salad with Grapes: A Flavorful Dish

2 cups small seashell pasta

3 ½ cups chopped poached chicken breast meat

½ cup diced celery

1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

⅓ cup mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together chicken, celery, grapes, cooked pasta, salt, and white pepper. Stir well and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, cumin, rice vinegar, and sugar. Pour this dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
