Chicken Salad with Feta

Ingredients List

3 cups diced cooked chicken

2 large stalks celery, diced

1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced

½ medium red onion, diced

6 tablespoons mayonnaise

6 tablespoons sour cream

1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled

2 teaspoons dried dill weed

salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine the chicken, celery, and red onion in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, feta cheese, and dill. Pour this mixture over the chicken, then stir well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve right away, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
