Chris' Grilled Citrus-Infused Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup lime juice

3 cups orange juice

¼ cup crushed fresh mint leaves

2 tablespoons honey
Cooking Instructions
Place the chicken in a large bowl and pour over the fresh lemon, lime, and orange juices. Sprinkle the mint leaves on top and drizzle with honey. Cover and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Once hot, lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Place the chicken on the hot grill, discarding the marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
