Cilantro Grilled Salmon

1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 cups honey

juice from one lime

4 salmon steaks

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cilantro, garlic, honey, and lime juice. Stir until the honey dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Arrange the salmon steaks in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat.

Lightly grease the grill grate. Place the marinated salmon on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
