Instructions

In a large pot, combine milk, water, and kosher salt over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Gradually whisk the polenta into the boiling liquid. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes to keep it from sticking and ensure it becomes creamy.
