1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
Cooking Instructions

Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning to your liking. Add tomatoes (with juice), celery, bell pepper, garlic, onion, mushrooms, and jalapeño pepper.

Set the slow cooker to Low for 10 to 12 hours, or to High for 5 to 6 hours.
