Cooking Tips
Feel free to swap chicken breast or ground turkey in place of ground chicken.
Green cabbage can be used instead of red cabbage.
If you prefer, you can use plain yogurt as a substitute for coleslaw dressing, and olive oil can replace sesame oil.
For extra crispy taco shells, fold the wrappers into triangles and fry them in sesame or olive oil for about 1 minute on each side.
If you like heat, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture for a spicy kick.
