Crispy Cucumber Delight

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

6 slices cucumber

2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 tomato, sliced

1 leaf lettuce

1 ounce pepperoncini, sliced

½ avocado, mashed
Instructions
Spread one tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread. On one slice, layer thin cucumber rounds, followed by fresh sprouts, a drizzle of oil and vinegar. Top with tomato slices, lettuce, and a few pepperoncini peppers. On the other slice, spread mashed avocado, then close the sandwich. Serve right away and enjoy!
