1 pound trimmed Brussels sprouts

Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and aromatic. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes, until softened.

Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until one side turns golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Flip the sprouts and continue cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes until they are evenly browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
