Crispy Panko-Crusted Baked Halibut

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine panko breadcrumbs and melted butter in a bowl, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Set aside.

Pour enough chicken broth into an oven-safe skillet to cover the bottom, then place the halibut fillets in the skillet.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, then season with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each fillet and press the breadcrumb mixture onto the mustard.
