Crispy Paprika Panko Chicken Thighs

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon paprika

¾ cup panko bread crumbs, or as needed

1 teaspoon garlic powder

4 bone-in chicken thighs
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil and grease it with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and paprika together. In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over each chicken thigh, then coat with the panko mixture. Arrange the chicken thighs in the prepared baking dish and spray the top with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through, no longer pink, and the juices run clear, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer should register at least 165°F (74°C) near the bone.
Cooking Tip
Feel free to swap cumin or other seasoning blends in place of paprika. Adjust the seasoning and garlic powder to your taste preferences.
