Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and gather all the necessary ingredients for preparation.

Coat each cabbage wedge with olive oil on both sides. Season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned wedges on a baking tray.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip the cabbage wedges and continue roasting until golden and slightly charred, approximately another 15 minutes.
