Prepare all the ingredients before you start cooking.

Rinse the turkey legs and pat them dry. Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Tightly wrap each turkey leg in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped legs in the slow cooker without adding any liquid or other ingredients. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours, until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer near the bone, which should read at least 165°F (74°C).

After cooking, remove the turkey legs from the slow cooker and let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully peel away the foil and separate the thighs from the drumsticks.
