3 pounds chuck roast

2 cups sliced carrots

1 pound small red potatoes

Instructions

Combine cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, and chuck roast in a slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 8-9 hours or on High for 3-4 hours. Add carrots, potatoes, string beans, and parsley 1.5 hours before the roast is finished.
