1 pound lean ground beef

Cooking Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and garlic in the hot oil until the beef is browned and crumbled, about 5 to 7 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, coconut sugar, ginger, and pepper. Whisk until combined. Pour this mixture over the beef and let it simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
