Easy and Quick Chicken Tomato Pasta
Ingredients Required

½ (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - chopped

2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning blend

1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain the water and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and add it to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the black olives and mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown. Drain any excess juices, reduce the heat, and stir in the tomatoes. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
