Eggless Sweet Potato Casserole

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

⅓ cup butter, melted

¾ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup chopped pecans
Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish and set it aside.

In a blender, combine sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, orange juice, vanilla, sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons of butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

For the topping, mix 1/3 cup butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole and bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
