Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and pepper. In another bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese with milk.

Heat some oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and tilt to cover the bottom evenly. Once the edges start to cook, place the feta mixture along the center of the eggs. Using a spatula, fold the top and bottom of the eggs over the cheese, then fold in the sides to form the roll.
