2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions
Place the sliced beef into a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the beef and toss to ensure the beef is coated. Stir in cornstarch. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
