2 cups uncooked instant rice

3 cups chicken stock

Cooking Instructions

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic, cooking and stirring until softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in rice, then pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook until the liquid is absorbed, approximately 10 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
