Four-Cheese Baked Macaroni

3 cups uncooked macaroni

1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon basil

salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups grated Cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until just tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer the pasta to a casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Add 1 cup each of Cheddar and mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese to the hot pasta. Stir until the cheeses have melted, then mix in the tomato and herb blend. Top with an additional 1/2 cup of Cheddar, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of Parmesan, and 1/4 cup of feta cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
