Cooking Instructions
Start by placing the tomatoes in a large pot and covering them with cold water. Bring to a boil, then drain the water. Refill with cold water, peel the skins off the tomatoes, and chop them into small pieces.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil, ensuring the bottom is well-coated, and sauté the garlic until it becomes translucent, but not browned. Stir in tomato paste, then add in the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer until the pasta is ready, adding the basil just before serving.
