1 large head broccoli, cut into florets

1 pinch onion powder, or to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and garlic together. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again to coat. Spread the broccoli and garlic evenly on a baking sheet, then season with onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, turn the broccoli, and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until slightly charred.
