Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter.

In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the sautéed onion and celery with bread cubes, poultry seasoning, mushrooms, beaten egg, and stock. Mix thoroughly, then transfer to the casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
