⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch pieces

1 large red onion, cut into wedges

1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
Instructions

In a shallow baking dish, combine yogurt, crumbled feta, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Add the chicken pieces, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 3 hours.

Preheat the grill to high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken, onion wedges, and bell pepper chunks onto skewers. Discard any leftover marinade.

Grill the skewers until the chicken is fully cooked through and the juices run clear.
