Grilled BBQ Chicken

12 chicken thighs, skin removed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt, mustard powder, and chili powder to taste. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arrange the chicken thighs in a rectangular baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Cover the dish securely.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 300°F (150°C) and continue baking for 1 hour. Afterward, remove the cover, stir the chicken, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
