Grilled Delmonico Ribeye Steaks
Ingredients Needed

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

6 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons steak seasoning

3 tablespoons steak sauce (e.g. A-1)

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon pepper
-
1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary

12 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

½ medium onion, chopped

4 (10 ounce) Delmonico (rib-eye) steaks
Instructions

In a food processor, combine oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, steak seasoning, steak sauce, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Add garlic and onion, and blend until smooth.

Use a fork to prick both sides of the steaks. Place them in a large glass dish, then pour the marinade over the steaks. Turn the steaks to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.

Place the steaks on the preheated grill, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the steaks begin to firm up and are slightly pink in the center. For medium doneness, an instant-read thermometer should register 140°F (60°C) when inserted into the center.
Cooking Tip
If you prefer, you can use a smoker box on your grill and add wood chips for an extra smoky flavor.
