Grilled Scallops

2 tablespoons melted butter, or as needed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon garlic salt
Instructions
Set the broiler to high heat for preheating.
Rinse the scallops and arrange them in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, fresh lemon juice, and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
Broil the scallops under the preheated broiler for 6 to 8 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden. Remove from the oven and serve with additional melted butter on the side for dipping.
