Grilled Shrimp with Thai Spice
Ingredients List
-
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon brown sugar
-
2 teaspoons curry paste
-
1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
Cooking Instructions
In a shallow dish or resealable bag, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, brown sugar, and curry paste. Add the shrimp, seal or cover the dish, and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Heat the grill to high temperature. Once it's hot, lightly oil the grill grate. Skewer the shrimp or use a grill basket for easy flipping. Pour the marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil for a few minutes.
Grill the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side, or until they turn opaque. Occasionally brush with the marinade for extra flavor.
