Grilled Smoky Pork Chops
Ingredients Needed
-
1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S)
-
1 tablespoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon onion powder
-
1 tablespoon ground paprika
-
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
-
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
-
4 bone-in pork chops (1/2- to 3/4-inch thick)
Instructions
Set up your grill for indirect heat cooking at medium temperature and brush the grill grates with a light coating of oil.
In a small bowl, combine seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and liquid smoke. Stir well until evenly mixed.
Rinse the pork chops and evenly coat both sides with the spice mixture. Gently massage the spices into the meat, then allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
Grill the chops over indirect heat on the preheated grill until they are no longer pink in the center, about 12 minutes per side. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C). Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
