Grilled Sweet Potato Delights

Instructions
Start by collecting all the necessary ingredients. Preheat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grill grates.

Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and divide them into two equal portions. Place each portion in the center of a piece of aluminum foil.

Top each serving with half of the butter. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the edges of the aluminum foil together and fold to create a sealed pouch for each portion.
