4 skinned, boned duck breast halves

In a large bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, hot sauce, and pepper. Add the duck breasts and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight.

Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature.
Take the duck out of the marinade and grill it on the preheated grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature, which should reach at least 165°F (74°C). Discard the marinade.
