Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper flakes. Mix until fully combined and shape the mixture into patties.

Cook the patties in batches in a large skillet over medium-high heat, frying for 6 to 8 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. An instant-read thermometer should register at least 165°F (74°C) in the center of the patties.
