Honey and Wine-Glazed Lamb Ribs

Ingredients List
-
3 ½ pounds lamb ribs
-
2 onions, chopped
-
1 cup dry white wine
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
2 teaspoons minced garlic
-
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
-
Place the lamb ribs into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
-
In a medium-sized bowl, combine onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture thoroughly, then pour it over the lamb ribs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Remove the plastic wrap and roast the lamb ribs in the oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until browned and tender. To check for doneness, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of the ribs. For medium doneness, the temperature should read 130°F (55°C).
