Honey Garlic Glazed Ribs

½ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon garlic salt
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the ribs into individual pieces. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic. Stir until the honey and sugar dissolve completely, then add the baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam. Add the ribs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the ribs on the sheet, meat-side up. Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, turning the ribs every 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
