Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

2 tablespoons chili powder

6 pork chops

4 tablespoons prepared mustard

4 tablespoons prepared horseradish mustard

¼ cup prepared brown mustard

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

¼ cup packed brown sugar

4 tablespoons honey
Directions

In a small bowl, combine ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, and chili powder. Stir well and rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Before grilling, remove the pork chops from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.

Preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.

In a separate small bowl, mix together yellow mustard, horseradish mustard, brown mustard, horseradish, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth. Set the honey in another small bowl.

Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat, turning every 10 minutes and basting with the mustard sauce for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). In the final 15 minutes of grilling, start basting with the honey, turning the chops as needed to create a glossy, sweet glaze that seals in the mustard flavor.
