¼ cup dry sherry

¼ cup ketchup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge the chops in flour. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the chops on both sides (cover the skillet with a lid if you prefer). Drain excess fat from the pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, sherry, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and bay leaf. Pour the mixture over the chops in the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, or until the pork is tender and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
